Welcome to the HAL CR2D
Created in 2012, the Centre de recherche droit Dauphine (CR2D) centralises all research in law - public and private - at the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL. At present, the team brings together teacher-researchers who are lawyers, privatists and publicists. This makes it possible to conduct cross-disciplinary legal research, which is naturally in line with the multidisciplinary approach of the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL. Thus, CR2D's research regularly involves economists, managers, political scientists and sociologists.
CR2D works in collaboration with other organisations dedicated to legal research. Partnerships have been concluded with numerous judicial institutions (Cour de cassation, Cour d'appel de Paris and Tribunal de grande instance de Paris) as well as with the Haut comité juridique de la place financière de Paris. CR2D also maintains privileged links with the Conseil d'Etat and many learned societies: the Academic Society for Competition Law, the Société de législation comparée, the Centre français de droit comparé, the Fondation pour le droit continental, the Comité français de l'arbitrage and the Fédération nationale de droit du patrimoine.
